We understand that in many organisations that employees will be promoted to become a ‘manager’ as they may be extremely competent in their current job role. For example, they could be a fantastic sales person, doing a great job and hitting all of their targets and it makes sense to promote them to be the sales manager, but this means managing people.

World Class Manager was created with this in mind, as many of us will base our management skills on what we have experienced ourselves (the good and the bad). WCM can provide you with a standard of what you expect from your people managers, and how they can get the best out of their people and align the goals of the team to those of the organisation.

Through a combination of expert instruction, real-world case studies, and hands-on exercises, your managers and leaders will learn how to inspire and motivate their team, make strategic decisions, communicate effectively, and lead by example.
